For residential general contractors

The punch list, start to finish.

FieldPunch keeps every punch item for a job in one place — the room it’s in, a photo, and the trade responsible — and follows it through to your approval.

A private workspace. Accounts are created by invitation from the owner.

What it does

A punch list that stays current.

The closeout work is the same as it always was. FieldPunch just keeps it in one place, so the list on your phone is the list your trades are looking at.

One list per job

Every item lives on the job, with the room it's in, a photo, and a short note. One list, and everyone works from it.

Assigned to a trade

Items go to the trade responsible. Each one opens their own link and sees their work — no account to set up, no group thread to follow.

A date for the visit

Schedule a punch day and each trade sees what they're expected to close out while they're on site.

Photos from the field

Add a photo when you write the item, and another when it's fixed. The record stays attached to the item.

Your approval closes it

An item stays open until you approve it. If the work isn't right, send it back with a note and it returns to the trade.

A list you can hand over

Export the punch list as a PDF, by room or by trade — for the walkthrough, the homeowner, or the file.

How it works

Three steps, in order.

  1. 01

    Walk the job

Add items from your phone as you find them — room, photo, note. Nothing to write up later.

  2. 02

    Send it out

Assign each item and share the list. Every trade sees their own items and marks them done when they are.

  3. 03

    Close it out

Review what comes back, approve the work that's finished, and export the final list for the walkthrough.
