I can't sign in
Use Forgot password and we’ll email you a reset link. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — and if it still isn’t there, email us and we’ll sort it out directly.
I don't have an account
FieldPunch is a private workspace and there is no public signup. Accounts are created by invitation from the workspace owner, so ask the general contractor running the job to invite you.
Trade contractors don’t need an account at all: when a punch item is assigned to you, you get your own link to the items you’re responsible for.
The app isn't loading on site
Punch lists you have already opened stay available without a connection, and edits you make sync once you have signal again. If the app looks stale after you get back into service, pull down to refresh.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and your data yourself, from inside the app. See Delete your account and data for where to find it and exactly what gets removed.
