Delete your account and data

The deletion control is a type-to-confirm action that runs immediately — there is no support ticket or waiting period to initiate it.

General contractor (GC) admins: open the app, go to Organization → the Delete account section at the bottom of the page, and follow the confirmation prompt.

Trade contractors (Pros): open the Pro Portal, go to Settings → the Delete account section, and follow the confirmation prompt.

• Your login (authentication record) and profile details — name, email.
• The data you authored — punch items, comments, photos, documents, and other records tied to your account.
• If you are the only admin of your organization, deleting your account also deletes the entire organization and everything in it — all jobs, contacts, documents, and any other members. This is a complete “delete all my data” action and cannot be undone.
• If your organization has other admins, deleting your account removes your login and your personal data; the organization and its remaining members continue.

Deletion takes effect immediately and you are signed out. As a safeguard against accidental deletion, we retain a backup copy for up to 30 days, after which your personal data is permanently purged from our production systems. We do not sell your data, and we do not retain it for advertising.

If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach the in-app control, email us at tsctupper@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
